Mark is a true professional dedicated to his craft and, more importantly, to great customer care and service!!! We hired Mark for a military promotion event held at the National Archives. Mark did his research prior to the event date and came prepared to deal with the Archives restriction on strobes and flash photography. The ceremony was followed by standing room pnly reception where skillfully took excellent candid pictures without imposing on anyone. It was like he was invisible. The results were great pictures that we will treasure!
Mark is mild-mannered gentle man who is honest and transparent. He does not do videography but freely gave us professional tips on types and use of Gimbals and lavalier microphones for enhancing cell phone videos.

Had an old photo from my uncle which was folded in two and had water damage but it’s been restored to almost perfect. I’m looking forward to presenting it to my uncle on his birthday.😊 Thank you Mark, you’re awesome.

I had a digital copy of a photo that was in need of being edited, I requested if my hair could look shorter on the sides but not noticeable. Not only was Mark able to completely fix my picture he did it the same day knowing it was urgent. Definitely a skilled photo editor who’s passion shows in his work. Highly recommend!

Mark did an amazing job restoring two very old 2x3" family photographs that were taken in the early 1920's. One photo was very dark and even torn but he restored it beautifully. He was very detailed in capturing the background in the photos. My 95 year old mother will be so happy to actually see the enlarged, restored photos, especially the one of her young mother on this Mother's Day. Thanks , Mark for your hard work and dedication to this valuable service.
